Abstract This study aims to provide an in-depth discussion about the correlation between the usage of artificial intelligence in shopee's platform and students' perception at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Business School. The study gathered information from 151 respondents and analyzed the results using Frequency Distribution, Mean and Standard Deviation, and Point-Biserial Correlation. Based on the findings of the survey, the researchers arrived at the conclusion that there is a significant correlation between the usage of artificial intelligence in Shopee and enhanced customer support, specifically when asked if Al helps them answer questions about their chosen products, however analyzation shows lack of significance between the correlation of artificial intelligence in Shopee's platform and personal shopping experience and the overall experience of respondents. The students' experiences on shopping in Shopee's platform had varying results, from low to high satisfaction, although these were not directly caused by the usage of Artificial Intelligence on Shopee's platform. The results of the Mean and Standard Deviation revealed that on average, students of PLMBS agreed that Shopee's different aspects of Al usage on Shopee provide better overall experience in shopping, however the ratings varied among the participants, with some giving lower scores and others giving higher scores, resulting in a moderate amount of variability in their evaluations. Point-Biserial Correlation results proved that there is a significant correlation on the usage of Al in Shopee's platform in terms of answering questions about chosen products, and the students' experience in enhanced customer support. Therefore, the researchers rejected the null research nypothesis but lacked statistical significance to support the alternative hypothesis. The researchers recommend that Shopee and other e-commerce platforms may use this study's findings to improve how they implement the use of Al in providing customers satisfaction and convenience while using Shopee and other e-commerce platforms. Considering the continuous evolution of technology in the business industry, and the rise of Artificial Intelligence usage, the researchers recommend using the research findings and data to improve their businesses.
