Executive Summary a. Business Description Coco Cups is an ice cream manufacturer that offers plant-based ice cream. It has three sweet, but healthy flavors consumers can indulge in. The name of the business is from its main ingredient which is coconut milk and coconut cream. The company is built through a general partnership of six persons, with four employee positions which are the general manager, bookkeeper, production staff, and delivery man. The company will sell the products to several small stores in Sampaloc, Manila. Kreative Kalye symbolizes the agency's commitment to street-smart innovation and community engagement. With a vision to be a trusted partner in digital marketing, the agency delivers customized, results-driven strategies that align with client goals. Operating as a partnership, Kreative Kalye is poised for growth and backed by a dedicated team focused on empowering brands b. Market Analysis This section tackles the industry and competitors as it is the key to operating the project and understanding the industry. Since it is very important to know your market and their needs and wants, the data for the Market Analysis is going to play an important role in how the business can survive and withstand any challenges it will face. It gives the value proposition of the study and projects that can make the business unique and stand out when compared to its competitors. Technical Feasibility Coco Cups was made to promote nutritious vegan desserts that ensure every customer's needs and cravings are satisfied therefore the brand's menu is designed to be vegan and good for lactose intolerant people. That is also why Coco cups' main ingredients are made of coconut milk that will serve a lot of benefits. Apart from that, Coco Cups will offer three different flavors that would be delectable and enjoyable for Filipinos. To be able to produce these delectable flavors, Coco Cups will have different machinery and equipment that needs to function well in the market. Coco Cups will start to operate in the selling stores, therefore there will be a process flow chart that will make sure that there will be a successful transaction to the target store. On the other hand, Coco Cups production will continue all year round and with that, the business is targeting to have 760 pieces of products each week, which is also targeting to have 190 pieces of ice cream products for each flavor. However, in production, Coco Cups might encounter some pests that can harm the production process or the products, therefore there will be a pest prevention guideline that will protect the production process as well as the Coco Cups products. Coco Cups is aiming to be one of the top vegan ice cream suppliers and the business itself is very open to its future growth that will allow the business to be expanded, more developed and grow in the future. Therefore, all of that shows that the technical aspect focuses on the product to be used by the business and any information about the production of the product. e. Management Feasibility Coco Cups envisions being one of the top suppliers of high-quality vegan ice cream in the Philippines. To create and provide a tasteful, finest-quality, and healthy plant-based ice cream that influences an individual's lifestyle while also giving a sweet sense of fulfillment. this part. This aspect presents the company's vision and mission, the form of business organization, capitalization, organizational structure, manpower and their requirements, salaries and compensation scheme, employee benefits, organizational policies, arrangement of legal requirements, and project schedule Gantt chart. f. Financial Feasibility Coco Cups would not be possible without the money that the owners invested in the company get to start the business. In this aspect, it will show the initial capital that is needed to start the business. The partners invested money with an overall amount of PHP 3,000,000 and labor contribution. The projection of sales throughout the 5-year operation will determine the status of the business in 5 years. Through the financial analysis, the researchers show how the business is profitable and feasible throughout 5 years of operation. The company's financial statement and corresponding notes project the next 5 years' operations of the business, listing where the allocation of the invested money is done and the profit and loss of the company. The company strives to handle the financial capability of the company further expand the business after 5 years of operation, increasing sales and earning more profit. g. The situation in Sampaloc, Manila wherein Coco Cups will be sold is of great advantage to the business because there are a lot of people, especially students who are nearby. Possible threats that may occur are inflation and the large industry of ice cream in the Philippines. Since the high rate of inflation affected a lot of people, it will also affect the business through its sales and its cost. The high demand for ice cream and high competition in this industry makes it challenging to compete with other brands. The benefits that this business contributes are paying taxes, limiting the use of meat-based products, and increasing the choices of consumers. The future of Coco Cups will expand to other parts of Manila and make more varieties of flavors of affordable vegan ice cream that are within reach of the consumers.
