Action note: In: Summary: Introduction A. Background of the Study Food trucks have become increasingly popular in recent years, offering consumers a convenient and affordable way to enjoy a variety of cuisines. One of the latest trends in the food truck industry is the rise of specialized food trucks, which focuses on a single type of food or drink. One example of a specialized food truck is a food truck that serves chicken wing lollipops. Chicken wings are a type of fried chicken wing that has been trimmed and deboned, leaving only the drumette bone. The wing is then coated in a batter and deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. Flavored wings can be served with a variety of sauces, such as soy garlic, buffalo, or honey glazed. Moreover, there are several reasons why a food truck that serves chicken wing lollipop could be a successful business venture. First, chicken wings are a popular food item that is both delicious and convenient to eat. Second, the food truck industry is growing rapidly, and there is a growing demand for specialized food trucks. Third, the overhead costs for operating a food truck are typically lower than the costs of operating a traditional restaurant. Therefore, this feasibility study will evaluate the practicality of establishing a Wings on Wheels Food Truck business inside Intramuros, Manila, which specializes in flavored chicken wing lollipops. The study will focus on Wings on Wheels existing menu, target market, marketing strategies, initial investment requirements and revenue projections. With prospective consumers, specifically students from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, survey questionnaires are used as the main research approach. To examine the success of Wings on Wheels Food Truck, a survey questionnaire was distributed to PLM students from different college departments, that has an age range of 18 to 25 years old. Furthermore, this study will address the market's wants, trends and preferences, and it will also determine whether the proposed business will be successful in the long run. Additionally, the study seeks to be meaningful and beneficial to the business owners, potential restaurant owners, consumers, students, respondents, and future researchers who will use the data in order to learn more about this specific kind of business.
