Action note: In: Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Business Description: UniVistro is a food truck business that goes around the UP Diliman Campus. It offers meals, snacks, and beverages that are high-quality, affordable, delicious, and would surely satisfy foodies cravings. The business envisions itself to be the most dominant company in the food truck industry segment in the Philippines. With the tagline Feeding foodies, UniVistro is driven to offer goods to achieve absolute customer satisfaction. In conceptualizing the proposed food truck business that roams around a university, the name UniVistro drew inspiration from the words University, where it is intended to operate, and Bistro which means a small restaurant with a relatively inexpensive, simple menu. The idea of the business stemmed from the time when UP Diliman's iconic food court, the College of Arts and Science Alumni Association (CASAAA) food center, was gutted by a fire last June 2015. Casaa is situated along Fernandez Street between Palma Hall and Benton Hall. It has been a fixture of campus life for more than 30 years and was home to decades worth of memories for both current and alumni. Ever since, it has been a real challenge for all the members of the UP Diliman community to find an alternative way of buying food in the vicinity. Other editions:
