Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: This study focuses on understanding how factors such as compensation and benefits, training and development, job satisfaction, and organizational environment affect employee work efficiency in the corporate setting. The study aims to identify the relationship between these factors to employee efficiency and how these factors can affect the organizational success of a company. The findings of the study, which were attained after conducting a Likert-Scale survey of 103 employees working in a corporate setting within Manila City, show that there is a remarkable correlation between the factors and employee work efficiency, thus, companies and HR practitioners should focus on improving the monetary and non monetary benefits, training programs offered, overall job satisfaction, and foster a positive environment at work in order to minimize turnover and improve the overall organizational success of a company. This study will benefit organizations by enhancing their workforce, improving efficiency, and increasing the retention rates of their company. Other editions:
