This study will cover the perceptions of generation Z working students in the eLiciency of employee evaluation in relation to the categories job embeddedness in improving the retention of the said generation. A total of 130 respondents were surveyed, and the information was gathered by using the Pearson r or Pearson correlation to examine the relationship between the following variables. The Results disclose that job embeddedness and employee retention have a positive correlation with employee evaluation and retention. That proves that many of the working students in Generation Z most likely want to be evaluated and heard inside the workplace.
