ABSTRACT: Due to the extensive usage of the internet and mobile devices, it is now easier than ever to identify the best and brightest personnel. When human resources and recruiting managers use technology to identify and hire the best candidates for open positions, this is known as digital recruitment. This quantitative study aims to measure and assess the productivity, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and challenges that the BPO encounters in hiring as well as to obtain useful insights and understanding between online and onsite hiring process in the Philippine BPO business. This study aims to determine the enormous role that online digital platforms have on BPO firms' Philippine bases when it comes to hiring new personnel.
