Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT Work-related burnout is without a doubt one of the reasons why employees experience undesired feelings. This emotion is most commonly prevalent in Service Crews, who are the individuals who regularly encounter heavy workloads due to their nature of work. Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, and Reduced Personal Achievement are the three components of burnout that most Service Crews feel in their workplace. To analyze the causes of burnout, this study aimed to determine the level of burnout seen in the Service Crews specifically at Jollibee, KFC, and McDonald's. It is apparent that despite the numerous existing human resource interventions of the companies, many studies proved that their employees still encounter burnout. To effectively understand the abovementioned problem, the researchers utilized the Descriptive-Correlational research design to explain the relationship between the demographic profile of the respondents and their level of burnout. The method used to collect the data was Quota Sampling Technique. The results revealed that there was a Moderately High Level of burnout among Service Crews at Jollibee, KFC, and McDonald's. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant relationship between the demographic profile of the respondents and the level of burnout comprising the three components in terms of age, length of employment, and type of employment. With Gender, being the only one showing no significant relationship. That being the case, this paper has thoroughly proposed in- depth interventions to completely address the said concern. Keywords: burnout, human resource, human resource interventions, service crews, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced personal achievement. Other editions:
