Action note: In: Summary: Abstract This study delves into the intricate relationship between students' interests, attitudes, and awareness towards their chosen course and their career aspirations. The findings contribute to the understanding of how these factors shape career decisions and influence potential work behaviors. Data was collected from November 12, 2023, to December 2, 2023, using a combination of online and physical survey forms. A total of 131 respondents from different year levels participated, representing a response rate of 63% from the target sample size of 207. The study's results revealed significant correlations between most of the variables examined, indicating that students' interests, attitudes, and awareness of their courses play a substantial role in influencing their career choices. However, family influence did not demonstrate a significant correlation with professional employment in general. The findings underscore the importance of considering students' personal interests, attitudes, and awareness of their courses when guiding them toward appropriate career paths. Additionally, acknowledging the influence of personal interests, economic considerations, academic performance, and proficiency, highlights the need for financial support and career counseling services to assist students in achieving their professional goals. | KEYWORDS Attitude, Awareness, Interests, Human Resource Management Undergraduate Students, Professional Employment Other editions:
