Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: Pandemic has caused significant changes into almost every aspect of life known to man. One of those aspect is how businesses around the world change. To alleviate and avoid the spread of the virus a type of work arrangement came into the spotlight, work from home. Although it was already known work arrangement, it became a stable way of conducting business, increasing a significant number of employees working in a work from home arrangement. Now that during the pre-pandemic, almost everything is back to normal, yet a work from home arrangement still is being used to conduct work, not as significant compared to during the pandemic, but still being used as business has become comfortable in that environment. The purpose of this study is to conduct and determine the impact of an employee's work arrangement to their job performance in a pre-pandemic era. To identify the difference between a work from home and on-site work arrangement. The researcher has chosen to conduct their study in BPO company named Concentrix located in Pasay, City. The researcher has considered the BPO or Business Process Outsourcing as one of the prominent industries that uses both work from home and on-site work arrangements, therefore making a study in their industry to provide a necessary date for the study. Findings revealed that the impact of work arrangement (work from home and on-site) greatly influenced the job performance of the employee in terms of their satisfaction and environment. This study recommends that companies to further perform an analysis of their workplace to avoid and enhance their performance within the industry. Other editions:
