A survey conducted by Mateo (2022), 82% of Filipino Workers prefer working remotely. This study quantitatively examines the effects of working remotely towards Outsourcing employee job satisfaction, work engagement, and performance and its relationship with one another. The study covered 100 participants with a 5% margin error. This was identified through Slovin's formula, which provides the necessary number of participants needed in the study. The participants were randomly selected and gathered across different cities and different Outsourcing companies in Metro Manila. The essential information was given through face to face questionnaires will consent from the participants that are part of the data collection. Upon the collection of data, the researchers found out that the findings indicated that employees who are working remotely are satisfied with the conditions under which they perform their jobs. In terms of work engagement, the researchers found out that the employees that are working remotely are engaged in their work. On the other hand, for the job performance, the researchers found out that the respondents are performing well in their respective posts. The researchers found the significant relationship of employee satisfaction, work engagement, and job satisfaction, job performance. The researchers, however found out that there is no significant relationship between employee job performance and work engagement, which indicates that having a good engagement does not translate to better employee performance in remote working.
