Abstract: The use of E-Recruitment as a platform for recruiting and selecting the right candidate has increased dramatically during the pandemic. When employees in the Human Resource Industry realized the potential of using an online platform as a recruitment tool, they devised new strategies and began to implement it in order to communicate with potential candidates. This research aims to establish e-recruitments level of effectiveness as a tool for recruitment and selection process and its effects on talent acquisition. To test the hypothesis, the researchers distributed an online survey to random business companies based in Makati City that their human resource specialist answered. This survey consisted of 30 questions, categorized as: Accuracy, Security, Quality, Cost, Time, Adaptability, Talent Sourcing. Employer Branding, and Strategic Approach. The researchers also used percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation, and Pearson R Correlation Coefficient to analyze the gathered data. The study revealed that there is an effect and influence, with a significant relationship between the studies revealed that there is an effect and influence, with a significant relationship between the level of effectiveness of e-recruitment in Recruitment and Selection Process and its effects on Talent Acquisition in Top Private Institutions in Makati City during Pandemic. Someone who can make an organization attractive to potential recruiters and hiring managers. Someone who can affect an individual, their performance as one aspect of the recruiting industry, and how they determine which candidates are best suited for the job. The researchers recommended being keen in using e-recruitment as a tool in the recruitment and selection process.
