Abstract In today's complex economy, efficient money management is more important than ever. With low savings rates, rising bankruptcy rates, increasing debt levels, and rising inflation rates it is clear that financial literacy and understanding how it influences the financial well-being of millennials is essential in a world where money drives everything. This study aims to evaluate the level of financial literacy of millennials in Manila City, considering various socio-demographic factors such as gender, marital status, educational attainment, employment status, and monthly income. Additionally, the study examines the current financial well-being and the significant influence of financial literacy and its components (financial knowledge, financial attitude, financial skills, and financial behavior) on the financial well-being of millennials. To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire was developed, tested, and distributed to 156 respondents using stratified sampling techniques. The collected data were analyzed using percentage, weighted mean, likert scale, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that females, single, those with master's degrees or doctorates, full-time employed, and those with a monthly income of 110,001-190,000 (considered as high income but not rich in the Philippines) displayed higher levels of financial literacy. Moreover, millennials in Manila City exhibited a high level of financial literacy and financial well-being. Lastly, higher financial literacy, specifically in terms of financial knowledge, financial skills, and financial behavior, was found to be positively associated with greater financial well-being. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Well-Being, Millennials.
