ABSTRACT The research paper entitled PLM-CBA Student-Entrepreneurs: A Study of Implementing Financial Strategies into Financial Sources for the Sustainability of Home-Based Business sought to investigate the financial strategies utilized by student-entrepreneurs at PLM in establishing and sustaining home-based businesses. Employing a correlational research design, the study identified the relationship between sources of financing and financial strategies to the sustainability of student-led ventures, shedding light on the unique challenges and opportunities faced by these entrepreneurs. The findings were crucial for informing educational policies and supporting student entrepreneurship initiatives. The study revealed that student-entrepreneurs and engaged in business-related programs predominantly majored consumer-focused industries, displaying resourcefulness in funding their ventures with minimal external financing. Effective financial strategies such as budget management and expense monitoring contributed to business sustainability, although seeking external funding remained underemphasized. Factors crucial for Sustainable operations included working capital management, competitive edge, and Sustainable growth. While weak correlations existed between financing sources, financial strategies, and business sustainability, the study underscored the importance of strategic financial planning in enhancing long-term viability and resilience. Student-entrepreneurs who prioritized sound financial management were better positioned to achieve sustained success, highlighting the significance of financial strategies in navigating the entrepreneurial landscape. In conclusion, this research illuminated the intricate relationship between financial strategies and the sustainability of student-led ventures, offering valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities inherent in student entrepreneurship at PLM. By emphasizing the importance of strategic financial planning and management, the study underscores the potential for student-entrepreneurs to achieve enduring success in the competitive business landscape.
