Executive Summary: Davao Ntgen Enterprise Corporation is an enterprise that Mr. Navarro established in2013 because he saw potential business in bakeshop franchising. Mr. Navarro also saw potential in reselling Shell Fleet Cards; hence by 2017, its articles of incorporation were amended for the inclusion of distributing Shell fleet cards. From a franchisee of Julie's Bakeshop to an authorized distributor of Shell, Mr. Navarro's business acumen created the company known as Davao Ntgen today. This paper analyzes the entity's past and current performance to provide prospective strategies that Davao Ntgen could incorporate into their business. The entity's business goals and structure constitute most of the proponents' analysis; hence the recommendation of strategies to Davao Ntgen was related to those aspects.PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five, SWOT Matrix, and financial ratios were used to review the company's performance. Aside from that, this paper will address its operational capabilities, efficiency, and utilization of its assets to advise the company on what changes should be initiated and conducted. These strategies, analysis, and insights are all devoted to making Davao NtGen a better company overall. It is recommended that: • Davao Ntgen should introduce new and related products • Davao Ntgen should provide alternative payment options
