ABSTRACT: Call center industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the Philippines today. From the start up to now, call center industry is expanding and more jobs are open for Filipinos all over the country. The researchers aims to know if the call center companies in the Philippines are complying with the Republic Act No. 6727 and to show if there is a difference between employment status, between the type of company and between male and female call center agents in terms of wage, benefits, incentives and working hours. Using multi-stage sampling, qualitative data collection, and descriptive research method are used to conduct the research.
