EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: This study seeks to determine the feasibility of starting GG & Co., CPAs in Sampaloc, Manila, with consideration of its marketing, technical, financial, management, and socio-economic aspects. Specifically, each will answer the following: Marketing Feasibility 1. Is there a demand for auditing services in Sampaloc, Manila? 2. What is the capacity in supplying the demand? Technical Feasibility 1. Is the business profitable? 2. Is the initial capital sufficient for its establishment? Management Feasibility 1. Do the partners have the necessary skills for establishing an accounting firm? 2. How can the management policies be effective? 3. What are the functions and limitations of each staff in the organization structure? Socio-Economic Feasibility 1. Does it comply with its social responsibilities as a service-oriented business? The primary objective of this study is to ascertain the feasibility of GG & Co., CPAs in the City of Manila. Here are the following objectives to be achieved: Marketing Feasibility - To determine the demand for auditing services in Sampaloc, manila, the company used the Demand and Supply Analysis. - To know the extent of the company in supplying the demand, normal capacity computation is use. Technical Feasibility - To determine the appropriateness in choosing the location, the factors concerning the pleasantness of the environment and the accessibility to the clients is considered. - To establish the layout of the office, the efficiency of the work space is highly prioritized. Financial Feasibility - To attest that the business its profitable, the Comparative Statement of Comprehensive Income is provided. - To ascertain the ampleness of the initial capital funds, the company does not incur long-term liabilities. Management Feasibility - To establish an accounting firm, each of its partners must be accredited by the Board of Accountancy and the Securities and Exchange Commission. - To maintain the organizational structure, each staff member has their own duties that pertain to their functions and limitations. - To ensure the effectiveness of the management policies, the company provides a set of internal control. Socio-Economic Feasibility - To be considered as a socially responsible business, their services must conform with the different standards in the country.
