ABSTRACT: The study focuses on identifying if the Computer literacy of PLM B.S. Accountancy Graduates meet the skills demand of Companies in Intramuros, Manila. And if the level of Computer literacy significantly affects the employability of said graduates. Respondents include 80 Companies in Intramuros, Manila and 45 PLM B.S. Accountancy Graduates Batch 2015. The companies were used to establish the skills demand, while the Graduates were used to establish the Computer-Accounting skills level. The overall skills demand was set at 3.99 while the level of PLM B.S. Accountancy Graduates Computer-Accounting is generally at 3.78, Top rank schools averaged a 4.34 Computer-Accounting skill level. Company perceptions ranked PLM as only 5th from the total 6 schools and ranked Computer Literacy 2nd in the applicant screening process. Due to the established Gap and Indicative impact towards employability, the cited recommendations from the graduates generally averaged a level of above 4.
