EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The foolish are afraid of death as the greatest of evils, but wise men seek it as a rest after their toils and as the end of evils-St. Ambrose of Milan. Death is necessary in this narrow world of ours. Despite the appearance that it is a harbinger of misfortune and grief, yet it is needed for human happiness. Death plays a prominent role in human culture and society. In culture, because it exhibit a diverse range of funerals, ceremonies honouring and mourning. People respond to death on their philosophy on life and on what they value. We must view death not as a closed door to one's life but rather a threshold to another world....at the Kingdom of God. At society in these present times, people thought of it as the end of life. That all living things are believed to eventually die, whether through natural causes such as disease, or unnatural ones such as accident, yet we should be thankful that we have life and sooner or later, will experienced death rather than not to be born after all. Death is not something to fear about. It is something that each of us must be prepared of. And it is only but appropriate that we are ready once it knocks in our lives. As our loved ones pass away, we need the finest hands to take care of them by giving them a solemn and dignified memorial rites before we totally part from them. With this, increasing number of funeral service caterers is deemed to be a great help to make the last farewell to the departed a memorable one. This could only be made possible through the establishment of a funeral service provider that could fit the need for a solemn final bid to the departed ones.
