EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study is about the effectiveness of Vilma Santos as brand ambassador to the Generics Pharmacy as perceived by the residents in Sampaloc, Manila in the year 2014. The researchers want to see the relationship of Vilma Santos as the brand ambassador to the buying preferences of the consumers in Sampaloc, Manila and how Vilma Santos as brand ambassador influences the people. The study also would like to get information how the character of Vilma Santos reflects to the brand personality of the Generics Pharmacy and if the company has used the right media to advertise the products/medicines.
