ABSTRACT: The study focused on the proposed PR campaign for Quezon Memorial Circle devoted to Quezon City residents ages 16 to 24 years old. The study concentrated only on the programs of Quezon Memorial Circle and how its program treat the pleasures of its patrons. A Public Relation campaign is needed in boosting the Quezon Memorial Circle's patronage to the youth. This proposed Public Relation campaign for Quezon Memorial Circle showed the youth's participation in bringing back the greatness of the immortal haven of modern generation. That this study offered them alternative recreation and entertainment that gives enjoyment and awareness of how it is to live the society habituated by people with a heart enough to inspire life. The activities will help them acquire personal achievements and create a self- discovery through contests and programs that best fit their interests. The study concentrated only on Quezon Memorial Circle as its locale. The PR campaign period of this study will run for year starting on the month of September 2006 to August 2007.
