ABSTRACT: Philippine Literature is the embodiment of both oral and written pieces, it is the experience of people living in or relating to the Philippines society. These had been tremendous richness in the Philippine literature throughout the times; from poetries to folk songs, from short stories to epic. Some may have been included in class room lessons, only in the four corners of the room. The others remained unknown, eventually forgotten. Among the Asian countries, Philippines is definitely one of those who had the richest heritage and history, yet the colors of its stories slowly fade.
