It would help them fully understand how to cope with their problems encountered mostly in the field. It intends to upgrade the quality and standard of Civil Engineering, in terms of its training, particularly in dealing with their rights in the field, and this includes getting appropriate incentives and benefits from their work. This thesis would help them evaluate their problems as well as its solutions. In order to come up with the proper materials to formulate better solutions and to have a thorough understanding of the problem, the researchers used different methods of research for specific functions like the descriptive method, the historical method, and the library research method, the historical method, and the library research method. Data were gathered through interviews and observations. Findings relied mostly on surveys conducted by the proponents using various questions about their past and present experience in the job site.
