Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: Coffee shops have become far more than a place for people who enjoy coffee to relax in today's busy world. They have developed into vibrant social centers where people gather and socialize. Both Big Brew and TOMO coffee shops have become a growing market inside Intramuros, Manila. However, this paper aims to determine and analyze the comparison between BigBrew and TOMO Coffee Shop in terms of marketing strategies and services among OM students at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. The study gathered information and knowledge from the respondents, previous or recent studies and related sites. The researchers have made a survey for 100 respondents from Operations Management students by evaluating the coffee shops based on their product, price, place, promotion, mode of payment, and mode of delivery. The findings revealed that more students prefer BigBrew in terms of price and their promotions. Meanwhile, TOMO coffee shop is more preferable for OM students in terms of product and the location. The questionnaire also revealed that most students prefer using cash in terms of payment and buying their drinks over the counter. The researchers conclude that the OM students prefer going to the store and paying in cash. Other editions:
