An increase in cost of living and decrease in purchasing power is a phenomenon called inflation. Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA) recorded a 6.9% rise in the country's inflation rate for September 2022. In this study, the researchers aim to examine and analyze the impact of inflation on Revenue and Cost Structure of Toy Merchants in Divisoria, Manila, to be able to help and motivate them create effective business strategies and alternative courses of action to combat the rising inflation rate. This study focuses on four variables of business areas which are Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, Operating Costs, and Supply. Moreover, this research will be gathering 100 toy merchants conducting their business inside the mall, specifically Divisoria Mall, Divisoria 168 Mall, Divisoria 999 Mall, and Tutuban Mall. These malls will only be the focus of the study on account that they have similar business models and cost structures compared to toy stores along the streets of Divisoria. This study utilized two statistical treatments of data which are Correlation and Regression Analysis. As shown in the results from the data gathered, the hypothesis created by the researchers are rejected on three business variables and concludes that inflation has a significant impact on Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, and Supply. However, Inflation has no significant impact on the Operating Costs of Toy merchants in Divisoria. With this analyzation, the researchers made a series of recommendation for business owners to continuously combat inflation while also protecting their business profitability. Other editions:
