Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: The study determined the school environmental health factors among nursing students based on Dunn's High-level Wellness Grid as basis for the development of guideline for the enhancement of health promotion. The researchers were motivated because of the health situation of each nursing students in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and how their health promotion practices were affected by the school's environmental factors, the personal experiences by most of the researchers related to availability of school environmental factor and how it affects a student's behavior towards health promotion in relation to the four quadrants of Dunn's High-Level Wellness Grid. The participants of the study were from second year to fourth year nursing students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila using a self-made questionnaire consisted of forty-four items based on Dunn's Four Quadrants of High Level Wellness Grid. The statistical treatments were weighted mean and Pearson R. Pearson R is used to determine the significant relationship between the school environmental factors and the level of nursing students regarding health promotion. Based on the findings of the study, it showed that most of the school environmental health factors have a good influential factor and it greatly affects the awareness of nursing students regarding health promotion. It also showed that the nursing students are dependent on the availability of the resources in the school on whether they are not performing health promotion practices or they are going to look for alternatives to be able to promote health. Moreover, among the four quadrants of Dunn's Grid, considering the school environmental factors in relation with the level of awareness of nursing students of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila can be categorized under Dunn's third quadrant, which is poor health in unfavorable environment. Thus, it was inferred that there is a significant relationship between the school's environmental factors and the level of awareness of nursing students in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila regarding health promotion based on Dunn's High-level Wellness Grid.
