In connection with this, physical therapists are faced with challenges to comply with their clients satisfaction. The researchers seek answers to following problems. First, How do the respondents perceived the effects of physical therapy in the quality of life in terms of General Health Perceptions, Limitation of Activities regarding Physical Functioning, Role Limitations because of Physical Health Problems, Role Limitations because of Emotional Problems, Social Functioning, Bodily Pain and Vitality (Energy/Fatigue). Second, what physical therapy implications may be dawn from the result of the study? The researchers used descriptive survey method of research design gather data and it was a valid method for researching specific subjects and as a precursor to more quantitative studies. Survey method was used and utilized modified SF-36 questionnaire developed by John Ware et.al. The study was conducted in Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center that was located in the San Lazaro, Manila. The researchers used universal sampling method to the thirty-eight (38) respondents registered from the physical rehabilitation ward of JRMMC whose conditions were related to musculosketal disorders. The respondents age ranged 15 - 70 years old. Moreover, physical therapy, helps a lot in improving the quality of life of patients. Many treatments have been developed and utilized over time for reduction of clinical manifestations of different conditions. Based on the gathered data, the researchers have enlightened their minds about the effects of physical therapy in making the optimum function of patients. Other editions:
