ABSTRACT: The purpose of the study is to determine the level of awareness on proper work ergonomics of selected PLM personnel on predisposing factors of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The study used a descriptive research design. Randomized stratified sampling was used to get the population sample of the respondents. This study used a questionnaire as its research tool to determine the level of awareness on proper work ergonomics on proper work ergonomics on predisposing factors of CTS. The questionnaire was developed and adapted to the 5 point Likert Scale. The respondents came from different offices of PLM. To analyze the data that will be collected, the researchers used Pearson r formula for computing the correlation of the demographic and work profile of the respondents and its relation to their level of awareness on proper work ergonomics on predisposing factor of CTS. The researchers obtained the standard deviation (SD) and weighted mean and were computed using SPSS. The findings were: majority of the respondents were female compared to males, with age ranging from 41 - 50 years, spent 8 hours of work per day and most have more than 10 years of work experience. The whole population was averagely aware about proper work ergonomics.
