ABSTRACT: This research study entitled Satisfaction Level of among Patients in the provision of Nursing Services given at the emergency department of Tondo Medical Center. Specifically, it intended to know the patient's satisfaction in terms of patient's rights, patient's care and patient's safety and environment which were based from the PhilHealth Manual II. In addition, the difference between the Clinical Practice Guideline and Non Clinical Practice Guideline users were determined. The design use for this study in descriptive analytical cross-sectional study and made use of a survey guide questionnaire based from the PhilHealth Manual II and was modified to fit for the nursing service. Ten questions in the survey tool guide were indicated under patient's rights, patient's care and patient's safety and environment. The data were collected from 30 patients that were admitted at the emergency department of Tondo Medical Center and were confined to different wards of the institution using the the purposive sampling. The data were treated with statistics such as the frequency counts, percentage, weighted mean and t-test. The findings of the study revealed that the patient's level of satisfaction under the patient's safety and environment were very satisfactory. On the other hand, the patient's rights were rated by the respondents as satisfactory. The overall satisfaction of patients among the 3 indicators was rated as very satisfactory. In addendum, there is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction between CPG and non CPG users in terms of the patient's safety and environment. In contrast, there is a significant difference in patient's rights in the level of satisfaction among patients in the provision of nursing services.
