Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: The main objective of this study is to determine if there is a significant relationship between awareness on reproductive health and sexual behaviours among adolescents. Descriptive correlational method was used to determine the level of knowledge of adolescents on reproductive health, specifically on pregnancy, contraceptives and sexually transmitted infections and their sexual behaviours concerning on sexual activities and use of contraceptives. Pertinent data from sixty (60) respondents fro Barangay 228 in Manila was collected using a self-made survey questionnaire. These data was treated with various statistical treatments to test the hypotheses and answer the objectives of the study. In conclusion, it was found out that the respondents level of awareness in terms of pregnancy, contraception, and sexually transmitted infections was moderate. Also, the extent of the respondents sexual behavior in terms of contraceptives was very low. Furthermore, it was also found out that there is a significant relationship between the level of awareness on reproductive health and sexual behavior of adolescents based on their level of awareness on reproductive health. ABSTRACT: The main objective of this study is to determine if there is a significant relationship between awareness on reproductive health and sexual behaviours among adolescents. Descriptive correlational method was used to determine the level of knowledge of adolescents on reproductive health, specifically on pregnancy, contraceptives and sexually transmitted infections and their sexual behaviours concerning on sexual activities and use of contraceptives. Pertinent data from sixty (60) respondents fro Barangay 228 in Manila was collected using a self-made survey questionnaire.
