Using the correlation test to assess the level of relationship between years of practice and the awareness of a coach yield a -0.25 value of r, Limitations. Limitations of this research are the concentration of subjects in only two facilities and their limited number. Another limitation is the use of the Likert-type scale that has closed-ended questions, although it served better statistically, it limited the subjects to their answers. Conclusions. Most of the respondents are male coaches ranging 30-49 yrs old with approximately 5-10 years in practice. Majority of the participants in the study attained Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. The respondents who are within 20-29 years old are mostly aware of the role of physical therapy in the prevention and treatment of sports injuries. The respondents who are within 50-59 years of age are mostly unaware of the roles of physical therapy in prevention and treatment of sports injuries. Other editions:
