Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: This study was conducted to assess the different aspects of health behaviors of PLM students in terms of Mental Health, Family and Social Health, Growth and Development, Nutritional Health, Physical Health, Control and Substance Abuse, Safety and First Aid, Disease and Disorder, Consumer and Personal Health, and Community and Environmental Health. Moreover, to identify the significant differences between the health behaviors of PLM Students when grouped according to their demographic profile and the results of the study will be utilized for the development of a Wellness Program. The study was descriptive in design that used an adapted questionnaire from Professor Janet E. Lacsa - Behavioral Wheel - where the researchers asked permission to use it. Quota sampling technique was utilized to gather information for the target population and different statistical analysis were used, such as frequency and percentage distribution, weighted mean and ranking. One-way Anova or Analysis of Variance to develop a Wellness Program from the items chosen from the results of the study with the weighted mean of 1.80-2.59 interpreted as low extent of health behavior. The results of the study emphasized on the extent of the manifestation of PLM Students on different aspects of health behaviors. It focuses on Physical Health, Community and Environment, Disease and Disorders, and Family and Social Health that demonstrated significance when grouped according to the respondents profile. The main feelings of this study revealed that PLM students were have a high extent in terms of the following aspect of health behavior. Mental Health, Family and Social Health, Growth and Development, Nutritional Health, Control and Substance Abuse, Safety and First Aid and Consumers and Personal Health so it will be presumed that PLM students were able to practice a good health behavior that they were healthy and aware how bad health habits can affect them. While in terms of Physical Fitness, Disease and Disorder and Community and Environment, the null hypothesis was rejected at the point there were significant difference so that a Wellness Program will aid to correct such misconceptions and unhealthy behaviors of PLM students. The recommendations of the study were: (1) The students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila are expected to have awareness in terms of their manner and how these manners really affect the different aspects of their health behavior. The PLM students demonstrated their understanding as reflected in their performance in the academic area by getting high grades on different subjects. The output of this Wellness Program will help them holistically. The PLM students are instructed to follow the program regimen in order to adopt on the future stressors they will encounter in their college days. Furthermore, this program will able to assess their wellness and their ability to manage health behavior by incorporating it in their daily routine; (2) The students should serve as a health advocator in their family and friends by sharing their knowledge on the different practices for health behavior. The wellness program serves as their guide to give them awareness and knowledge on health behavior; (3) The University Health Services are supposed to use the study as basis and guide in planning a wellness program in order to guide the students toward their health behavior. The University Health Services will also help the researcher to discuss to disseminate the information and encourage PLM students to participate in the wellness program; (4) the wellness program will help the administrators to track the current health status of PLM students. This will also give them awareness and evaluation on the health behavior of PLM students. This will help them to understand the implication of wellness program in the University; (5) the study can help the future researcher to develop a better output.
