Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: This study is a Video Production Thesis that analyzed and exposed the lives and conditions of youth offenders in Caloocan City Jail. It discussed the risks that the youth offenders are facing inside prison detained with adult inmates. This study also aimed to reveal the reason behind the continuous occurrence of this social problem which is the violation of the laws for the welfare of the youths specifically for the youth offenders despite the programs of the government and some non- government organizations and the laws designed for the welfare of youth offenders such as The Child and Youth Welfare Code and the newly executed law called the Comprehensive Juvenile Welfare and Restorative System which is more specific and precise than the former.
