ABSTRACT: Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital is a special maternity hospital serving its indigent patients since 1920. Resting in a place not conducive to its duty, Fabella Hospital unwavering performs its duty. The researchers grabbed the opportunity to choose this study as they believed the noble cause of Fabella as a maternity hospital and the importance to pay attention to its condition knowing that a lot of indigent patients depend on its service.
