HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROJECT: The name “Shrimplify” reflects the core focus on the business: the cultivation of shrimp. This name was carefully chosen for its uniqueness and appealing sound, making it memorable to potential vendors. Combining “shrimp” with “simplify” suggests the product and the idea of making high-quality shrimp accessible in the market. The name evokes a sense of freshness and simplicity, aligning perfectly with the commitment to providing delicious, sustainably farmed shrimp that enhances the palate. Shrimplify’s agricultural operations will be based in the City of Malolos, Bulacan, renowed as “The Cradle of the Philippine Republic”. Beyond its historical significance, Malolos is also one of the leading shrimp suppliers in the province of Bulacan. According to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Bulacan recorded an estimated 28,396.57 metric tons of fishery production in the second quarter of 2022 to 2023. The area hosts 1,432 fishpond operators and is characterized by abundant freshwater resources and a favorable climate for shrimp farming. The farm’s prime location along a barangay road provides easy access to schools, residential areas, and transportation routes, ensuring efficient logistics and seamless production processes. The farm offers sufficient space for large-scale production and shrimp farming operations. All tools and materials are provided for modern shrimp farming. Workers are also protected with safety gear and equipment for safe working and high productivity.
