Executive Summary: This paper is an analysis of the financial operations and performance of the subject-entity for five years. Using the entity's audited financial statements, information and data from years 2017 to 2021 provides significant assessment and analysis with regard to the profitability, liquidity stability among other financial performance of Team Regencia's Host Entity. In the analysis, financial measures were utilized to assess the performance of the organization in a range of important areas. The ratios are able to provide a clear overview of the company's overall operation. The Host Entity is a Private Corporation in a wholesaling industry that which aimed to distribute a wide variety of contraceptives product in order to prevent Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome AIDS) infection as well as unwanted pregnancies for the promotion of family planning and reproductive health, human sexuality, maternal and child health, and general public health. The analysis reveals that the entity has idle current assets due to their excessive cash, increasing level of receivables and payables that take 105 days to be paid. With the said problems, the proponents suggest that the entity should migrate to automation software system that would generate revenue and solve the receivables and payables problems of the entity. The decisions made by the proponents are backed up with the capital budgeting made. Furthermore, the projected financial statements and ratios reveals that as long as the Host Entity meet the forecasted financial position and income statement and its assumptions, there is an improvement in their liquidity and efficiency ratios.
