From the findings of the study, it was concluded that there were significant correlations between all influencers in intention-to-adopt ERP and physical environment quality for the organizational level; there was a significant correlations predominantly in core educational and transformative factors for the departmental level, and there were significant correlations between all influencers on the intention-to-adopt ERP and the entire dimensions of service quality. Coming also from the results of the current study, for the organizational level, there were strong correlations between the influencers on the intention-to-adopt ERP and operational internal efficiency for student-teacher ratio and completion rate. There was a strong correlation that exists between influencers on the intention-to-adopt ERP and operational internal efficiency for the student-teacher ratio at the departmental level. The end-user level showed a correlation between ERP influencers and all dimensions of operational internal efficiency.
