ABSTRACT: The “Lash Tech” project addresses common client difficulties in the growing lash salon business by developing a cutting-edge Web App-Based Lash Recommendation, Virtual Try-On, and Seamless Booking Application. This study addresses client concerns in the dynamic lash salon sector by developing a novel Web App-Based Lash Recommendation, Virtual Try-On, and Seamless Booking Application driven by AI and Geo Location technology. Clients frequently struggle with choosing appropriate eyelash styles, have challenges with manual appointment booking, and lack effective methods to identify nearby salons that match their tastes. The AI-powered Lash Recommendation tool analyses facial traits extensively to deliver individualized lash style recommendations. The Virtual Try-On feature allows clients to virtually examine numerous styles, allowing them to make more informed decisions. Furthermore, the Seamless Booking function improves the client experience by making it simple to schedule appointments at closest salons based on individual preferences and availability. The system was rigorously tested and evaluated in accordance with ISO 25010:2011 software quality standards. It received an impressive overall mean satisfaction rating of 4.50 ot of 5.00, demonstrating its efficacy, usefulness, and practicability. This rating represents a considerable improvement in client satisfaction and has the potential to change industry standards. The “LASHTECH” project stands as a developing solution to common challenges in the lash salon industry, providing a reliable and data-driven approach that not only improves the overall client experience but also promises to set new standards within the industry.
