ABSTRACT: This study focuses on the development and evaluation of an innovative system aimed at improving personal wellness through a comprehensive and integrated approach. Key features include a personalized wellness plan recommendation engine, augmented reality (AR) for interactive exercise programs, and an E-Learning module to support palliative care education. The wellness plan recommendation engine assists in managing medication schedules, exercise routines, dietary needs, and leisure activities. It also provides real-time feedback and insights to enhance user engagement and health outcomes. The AR component transforms rehabilitation exercise into immersive experiences, especially beneficial for pediatric cancer patients, helping motivate them to participate in physical activities. Meanwhile, the E-Learning module empowers guardians with essential knowledge and skills in palliative care, fostering a more supportive environment for patients. The system was evaluated using ISO 25010 standards and received a “Very Satisfactory” rating in areas such as functionality, usability, reliability, security, and performance efficiency. These findings highlights the system’s overall effectiveness and adaptability. Additionally, the recommendation engine’s results were highly relevant to users needs, confirming its success in delivering personalized and meaningful wellness plans. Overall, the system demonstrates strong potential in improving patient care and personal wellness through tailored recommendations and innovative features.
