Abstract: This research aims to learn more about how unexpected changes in the hotel industry as a result of the pandemic. The findings of this study will be used to determine the effects of policy changes as well as how the Diamond Hotel Philippines people treat its employees' reactions to the major update and the new normal. This research was carried out at the Diamond Hotel, a five-star hotel in Manila. The researchers' target audience consists of hotel employees. Through an online survey. In proportion to the conclusions stated, the data that the researchers gathered from all of the questions answered by Diamond Hotel employees all strongly agree. The study discovered that the "new normal" in Diamond Hotel has a significant impact on the employees. Also the study found that their jobs, in regards to their position compensation and benefits, volume of work, coworkers, and facilities, have a signifcant impact on their ability to adapt to the new normal in the hotel.
