From initially one (1) dialysis clinic located in Metro Cavite, it grows fast into having ten (10) operational dialysis centers in 2010. The company is known to be one of the first to have Licensed Social Workers helping patients in sourcing for financial assistance to ensure continuity of adequate hemodialysis frequency requirements. Such have not just kept the company's existing regular patients, but also has been an effective tool to attract new patients and promote long term loyalty. In this study, the recommended strategy identified was through the help of the different strategy matrix used: Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, Internal Factor Evaluation (|FE), SWOT-TOWS Matrix, SPACE Matrix, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix, IE Matrix and the Grand Strategy Matrix (GSM). The result of the Strategic Position & Action Evaluation Matrix has shown that the company has achieved major competitive advantage in a growing and stable industry. In addition, the company has an outstanding position to utilize its Internal Strengths that would enable to surmount internal weaknesses, take steps to get hold of the advantages of external opportunities and mitigate external threats. BCG matrix analysis results help the organization to identify the strategic plan of the entire product portfolio so that each of the quadrants contains the products of the organization. The subject company is into single product which is hemodialysis treatment, as such, BCG matrix is not applicable for the company as it does not have more than one product line to be measure. However, in terms of how the company is ning in the market, Renal Care Philippines, Inc. should be considered to be placed in Star quadrant. As the company has fast and a great market share which makes it as a market leading product. A lot of investment is needed for the Renal Care Philippines Inc.. to retain its position, maintain lead over competitor and for future growth. Having the values from the IFE and EFE the result IE Matrix shows the company falls on cell l which tells that the company to focus on grow and build strategy. This means intensive and aggressive tactical strategies. The strategies should focus on market penetration, market development, and product development. From the operational perspective, a backward integration, forward integration, and horizontal integration should also be considered. Grand strategy matrix is the instrument for creating alternative and different strategies for the organization. With this matrix, the company is under Quadrant I based on the matrix above which means that the company has excellent strategic position and have to focus on current market demands. Concentration on current markets reveals the adaptation of strategies such as market expansion and formulation of patient-centered programs parallel to the objective of Universal Health Care. With these the Company can envision to continuously share our expertise in providing our patients with the optimum quality kidney-related treatments at the lowest possible costs. We shall develop a corporate image in the healthcare community as a reliable partner and expert in renal care. Have programs that will support innovation, efficiency and sustainability of the business, bridging to an active role in community- oriented/social-civic activities and contribute in promoting a healthy environment. Shall practice honesty, professionalism, and integrity in all our business dealings. Strive to maintain a happy, caring and highly motivated workforce to provide effective and efficient service to customers. Adding the five missing components which has given the Company's Mission a complete thought of how the Company is Now, Tomorrow and in the Future.
