The research will start by learning more of the company in terms of the nature of its business and operational requirements. An analysis of the company strategic plan through various methods like SWOT, industry scanning, competitive analysis and marketing research. Along with this process, we will align the current vision and mission of the company with its business objectives and prospectives. The re-creation and reformulation of a new mission and vision will be recommended in the event that the result of this paper will invalidate the current in use. The focus of this research would be on the four major aspects of the business, the marketing aspect, human resource, financial and management services and the operational aspect. The alignment if these four aspects will validate if the company is doing well in terms of its departmental objective which may turns into a prospective company as a whole. The application of various methods in analyzing the company's four major departmental aspect and the formulation of an effective strategic management frameworks and tools is indeed part of the objective of this process. We will apply SWOT analysis, Competitive Profile Mrix, Poster's, Porter's Five Forces Model, Industry analysis, market profiling, financial analysis and human resource planning and strategic man power sourcing.
