This is where the importance of marketing and business development comes into play. Networld Hotel is one of the long standing hotels located strategically along historic Manila Bay. This study proposes different business strategies that the company can use to penetrate and develop markets ultimately reach new heights in their revenue. Presenting in the current situation are the growing economy of the country, tourism cases, changing government policies and rise of different mobile technology. More over the competitors in the area including a benchmark hotel were also studied and research to get more insight. Applying the different strengths of the company including its good cost control and steady income, the strategist came up with programs to improve the company. This includes market penetration of mobile and heritage tourism market; develop market to other asian countries and development of new premium product package. Operational programs to Support these campaigns are also proposed such as digital campaign for recruitment, Japanese 5S policy updates, and intemational partnerships. Analytical tools were used and resulted interpreting that the market is rapidly growing and company can cormpete fairly. With strategies in place and implemented the paper is projecting the company will improve and grow in the next five years.
