Chapter 1 of this paper summarizes Toyota Makati Inc.'s products and services. The researcher used different tools, such as the internal and external factors matrix, to understand conditions inside and outside the business. Furthermore, the researcher used Poter's Five Forces and the Competitive Profile Matrix to understand the company's competitive position among its competitors, such as Ford Makati, Mitsubishi Makati, and Nissan Mantrade. Moreover, using the book of the father-son duo, Forest and Fred David, the researcher was able to suggest different strategies that Toyota Makati Inc. should consider and apply. Upon the application of the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix, it resulted that the best strategy to make for Toyota Makati Inc. was Market Penetration through utilizing social media platforms in promoting its products and sevices. We can see in Chapter 9 the Detailed Action Plans to take for the effective implementation of all the suggested strategies in this paper.
