The major opportunity of Puregold Price Club, Inc. that they can consider is the increase in consumer spending. On the other hand, the total score on Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix is 3.11. The major strength that the researcher found is brand reputation and prestige while the major weakness is hardships in opening branches in Visayas and Mindanao. After the strategies are developed, the financial impact needs to be calculated to develop a projected forecast for the next three years. It will assist the company in evaluating the effectiveness of the strategies concerning the bottom line. To guarantee that the company's strategies will be implemented successfully, action plans need to be firmly anchored in them. To ensure that all accountable departments contribute fairly to the implementation of these initiatives, a balanced scorecard is necessary.
