The author also proposed a revision of the company mission and vision to make it clearer and realistic that will further boost the passion of their employees. The information gathered from the evaluation was used to come up with the strategies that are aligned in the values of company and the goal that company wanted to achieve. Monitoring tools were set up using a compelling scorecard and the accountability of each functional area is well defined and aligned with the objective to ensure smooth execution and delivery towards achieving the ultimate goal.
