To address these concerns, the study suggests several strategic initiatives for the campus, The college aims to enhance its offerings by developing fresh academic programs and courses that cater to the requirements of the nearby community, Additionally, it strives to upgrade its campus amenities and services while also collaborating with local enterprises and groups. These activities are intended to assist the campus in increasing its market share, improving profitability, and enhancing its competitive advantage. The TOWS Matrix, SPACE Matrix, IE Matrix, BCG Matrix, and Grand Strategy Matrix were employed to conduct a thorough examination of the selected company's internal and external factors, as well as the industry analysis. The matrices were formulated with the aim of analyzing industry competition. evaluating the performance of companies and service segments, and identifying potential avenues for growth and novel opportunities. The top three strategies that were chosen according to the results of the matrices were the following: 1. Integrate the admissions process with Benilde Manila. 2. Establish new program offering related to Arts/Design and Information Systems. 3. Invest in face-to- face school visits to establish brand recognition and to provide information about the low tuition fee compared to Benilde Manila. These three strategies were thoroughly examined and graded through the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to check their relation and impact in accordance with the identified Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Corresponding to the result of the QSPM, the winning strategy was identified to be to establish a complete and fully integrated trucking business segment. The strategy map was created in accordance with the chosen strategy to have a logical connection between financial, customer, internal, learning and growth, and community and social responsibility. The map will assist the business in communicating how value will be created across the enterprise. The Financial Projections were created in accordance with the company's three-year financial statement, totaling the financial impact of the chosen strategy. The goal is to determine whether or not the set financial goal will be met. Finally, the action plans were designed to include integrated cross-functional activities that will assure the strategy's effective rollout. Overall, this report provides a thorough analysis of Benilde Antipolo Campus' current market position and recommends several strategic initiatives to help the campus achieve its long-term goals. Through the implementation of these initiatives, the campus can establish itself for continued expansion and achievement in the fiercely competitive realm of educational institutions in the Philippines.
