Considered as one of the catalyst for economic growth, logistics sector is forecasted to grow by 20% to 25% this year according to a report. As transportation and logistics is on the move in keeping abreast to innovations, it is making more opportunities for a progressive supply chain sector. With the Philippines population and geography, moving around of goods and services requires effective logistic management to ensure smooth flow of goods and services. In keeping pace with technological innovations and platforms, Consumers and customers demand with convenience and confidence in logistics sector are continually increasing along with hopes of meeting their expectations for a quality service.

Wide Wide World Express (W Express) Corporation is engaged in the business of providing domestic courier services via air freight, sea freight which includes among other cargo handling, transporting, logistics and warehousing solutions for documents, parcels, personal effects, products and merchandise.
This paper aims to analyze and assess W Express on how are they position in the market, to evaluate all factor affecting the organization as it compete with a high growth industry having the objective to develop strategy that will help their business process.
