A strategic management paper presented to the Faculty of the PLM Business School--Graduate Program in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree Master in Business Administration.

This study focuses on the performance assessment of Central Corrugated Box Corporation on its present operational activities from the top- level management down to its production operations aggregate planning.

The researcher scrutinized all elements based on secondary data from the Internet and other related materials that will help the study become more relevant to the proposed strategic management paper for CCBC.

This paper also includes the assessment of different tools and matrices that are used to determine the internal and external factors that greatly help CCBC to understand the value of analyzing their performance with a substantial basis to support the management of coming up with sound decision relevant to the problems may incur in the future. The proponent also examines the financial status of CCBC and creates a proposal with a financial objective projected in 3 years to identify the effectiveness of the proposed new mission and vision of the company.

Furthermore, the researcher provides references and annexes extracted during the examination for the readers to understand this proponent's proposal for CCBC fully. And finally, this study is based on standard guidelines provided by the university based on the latest strategic management curriculum that will serve as a reference for CCBC and the university.
