Several tools were used to study the impact of internal and external environment of the organization in order to expand its market share and increase it sales. With thorough strategic evaluation and formulation, the researcher was able to pin down and delegate strategies through dissection of the external and internal environment, and was able to single out the strengths on which the company can subsidize, weakness will have to be addressed and threats from the market will have to be relieved, as well as opportunity to expand. Company's profile, vision & mission, financial history and forecast, competitive advantage, marketing strategies will be discussed throughout this paper.

As EDMI continues to be the Smart Meter provider in the Philippine market, it is facing a lot of challenges on its business operation. Growing and expanding in the local market seems to be hindering the Company to be chosen as one of the top meter provider in the country.
